Imran Khan indicted in Toshakhana case, as he boycotts proceedings

Court rejects Imran Khan's request to transfer case to another judge

Arrested Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has boycotted the indictment proceedings in the Toshakhana criminal case.
Imran Khan’s lawyers requested to transfer the case to another judge, which was rejected.

A counsel said the court wanted to indict Imran Khan, but they boycotted and left the room.

Meanwhile, Imran Khan was indicted in the Toshakhana criminal case. The charge sheet was read out to Imran Khan in the courtroom.

In a dramatic turn of events, the PTI chairman was arrested from the premises of the Islamabad High Court on Tuesday afternoon in the Toshakhana and Al-Qadir Trust cases.

He was arrested by a team from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), which was assisted by a large contingent of Rangers personnel, as he was marking his attendance through biometric verification.

The NAB chairman issued the arrest warrants for Imran Khan.

acha to jab faiz aur bajwa kashmir de rahe the india ko to baki ki fauj so rahi thi? Pakistani soldiers take an oath swearing they will uphold constitution and sovereignty of Pakistan, so by extension agar aap keh rahe ho ke bajwa ne kashmir de dya aur baki ki fauj churian pehn ke bethi thi, to arent they all guilty of betraying Pakistan’s sovereignty? latka den sab ko phir?

Where was PM at that time?? Imran Khan wanted to make Faiz COAS or extension given to Bajwa for lifetime.

Protests should happen around GHQ, the coward generals would go into hiding in new Delhi before that happens.. it's not that far before India replaces US as their new sugar daddy... coward shivering Mir Bajwa did exchange sweets as a peace offering with the state committing genocide on Kashmiri's and killing our soldiers. They even installed an India friendly regime to make Modi happy, after committing high treason and removing the PTI government with the collusion of another state (USA).

Now i know why the Generals were not pleased with Nawaz sharif, not because he was having a secret meeting with the butcher Modi, but because they were not invited.. they need their cut too,..

only pretty things for our four stars.. while the nation starves to death..
