Almost all the men who IK named are in the ISI, like DGC dirty harry to Nadeem anjum DG ISI, the sector cmdrs Brig, Rashid and Rizwan some others.

And ISI reports directly to civilian govt, here to Shahbaz S, and most probably indirectly to Nawaz Sharif, the kingpin here, controlling all. The exception in the Army is of course Nawaz Sharif appointed COAS Asim Munir, who is acting as a stooge, a lapdog of Nawaz S and Sharifs clan.

So it's basically a nexus of Nawaz S + Intl' Estab. + ISI internal wing, sector commanders+ Asim Munir.

Basically the Sharifi sarmayakari...as said.
