Tokyo University did a genetic study on the origin of Okinanwans and the result was published on the "Journal of Human Genetics"

Interestingly, Okinawans and Ainus were closely related and were distant from the mainland Japanese; they were the direct descendants of Jomon people, who were living in Okinawa, mainland Japan, and Hokkaido for 8,000 years.

This result scientifically disproves Chinese claims on Okinawa as Okinawans are historically unique and ancient people who has no relations to Chinese.

Who claims Okinawans are Han Chinese?

Okinawa was historically a vassal state of China, but an independent kingdom who didn't use to belong to Japan.

Research shows Ainu and Okinawans more genetically related
By Ida Torres / November 2, 2012 / No Comments

Recent findings in the field of genetics have shown that the Ainu of Hokkaido and the native people of Okinawa share similar inherited traits. This is despite the fact that the two peoples live in polar opposites of Japan’s islands.

The research, a joint effort by the National Institute of Genetics, the University of Tokyo, and other institutions, involved examining DNA samples from 36 Ainu collected and stored about 30 years ago and comparing them with DNA from 35 native Okinawans, 245 Japanese living in Honshu, Japan’s largest and main island, as well as ethnic Han Chinese in Beijing. The results revealed that Ainu DNA most closely resembled those of people who have lived in Okinawa for generations. Ainus also shared inherited traits, but to a lesser degree, with modern-day Japanese from Honshu. Professor Naruya Saito from the Division of Population Genetics in the National Institute of Genetics pointed out that this situation was contrary to the norm where genetic traits diverge as the distance between peoples grow.

Not only Koreans do not, Koreans think very lowly of Confucius, especially his dietary habits.

Ever wonder why that video is in Japanese and you can't find any Korean language video claiming that?

If I show Chinese version, you will call BS...since you like so much Japanese then I show Janese version . And I don't doubt how low you think of Conficius because changing master, than you have to speak with new master tone and look down the old one...you know what it mean 三姓家奴, we don't blame you.

Of course it is BS because it's a Chinese claim that Koreans claim Confucius as Korean. You won't find a Korean claiming Confucius to be Korean.

Keep claiming this non-sense BS, it only makes Chinese look bad in the eyes of the world.

Well then can you prove us which chinese book claim Okinawans are predate Han? you just grab an article from Japanese, why couldn't I do the same with the video?

Misleading title, Korean is really something twisting thread title with what a HK newspaper wrote. No Chinese book ever mentioned the original people of Okinawa were related to Han as it was a vassal state before Japan forcefully annexed the island.

History of the Ryukyu Islands - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Many Chinese moved to Ryukyu to serve the government or engage in business during this period. The Ming dynasty Chinese sent from Fujian 36 Chinese families at the request of the Ryukyuan King to manage oceanic dealings in the kingdom in 1392 during the Hongwu Emperor's reign. Many Ryukuan officials were descended from these Chinese immigrants, being born in China or having Chinese grandfathers.[11] They assisted in the Ryukyuans in advancing their technology and diplomatic relations."

Did Japan give birth to the Okinanwans in 1980's after rewriting much of their history?
