I told you in the very next sentence. Once Kashmiri claim that they are Pakistani, it becomes Pakistan's responsibility to protect them and not an international issue.

Also, to be honest, most of the people in the west know Kashmir to be a dispute between India and Pakistan. Kashmiri are thought as just some muslims. Thats pretty much it.
