Erm, no. WWI's reason is a power grab, specifically the colonies. The new power like German need more colonies as source of raw material and market, old powers like UK and France is trying to hold on to their power. WWII is just an extension of WWI with two decades of armistice and rest in between. The end result is European power bled themselves dry which paved the way for US and USSR dominance. In the East it is the same thing. Japan was the strongest Asian power at the time so they want to grab more land and resource, China is not willing to roll over.

Sure, racial discrimination and genocide happened, but it is definitely NOT one of the reasons the war occurred.

I digress though, because its to bad you wont live long enough to enjoy American death and destruction because your precious Chinese civilization would soon after be obliterated. Why US need a nuclear attack against China?

I mean, what is the target they want to defeat? tanks? bunkers?


In my opinion, the nuclear attack more likely as a psychological pressure rather than destroying a military target. The main target will be Chinese cities and civilians.
