They are old. Gujarata is more recent and could be the source of inspiration for ISIS and after the rise of modi as india's PM who was directly involved in the act against minority, ISIS has more reason to became radical.

If these kind of actions were taken by universities, it should be shut down no matter how old and prestigious it is.. If I am not wrong Aligarh university was founded for higher education of Muslim youth especially women.. Now they are introducing stone age policies.. Who appoints the VC's in universities lanyway?.. An educational institution which should spread education and awareness to young minds instead of promoting stone age laws.. Disgusting..
