The LHD China offered to Turkey is neither Type 081 nor Type 071.
Type 081 is a minesweeper, while Type 071 is a LPD
I guess it may be a mini version of Type 075, the future 48,000 ton LHD of China

I think LHD will be build by Shanghai, Dalian take charge of AC, After all, Dalian have the experience of modification of AC!

Technically speaking, Dalian is not even comparable to Hudong Zhonghua shipyard, though politically, only Dalian and Jiangnan shipyard can get the order of AC from PLAN. As a result, the better AC should be built buy Jiangnan (type 002 and type 003) while Dalian will build type 001A

HDZH will assist JN in the project of the Type 002/003, thus it will shorten the construction time, while DL can focus on their Type 001A which is the more mature and reliable technology.

The “nature” of the vessel being built in the left hangar is yet to be “defined”。It could be the 1st 12000-tonne CCG ship，predecessor to Type 055 DDG。

Gee，Chinese are always overly conservative。Before embarking on a new type of GGD，they build a law enforcement vessel the design of which is said to have been derived from the DDG。

Photos Likely Show The Beginning Of China's New Super Carrier

It looks like China's noticed the new attention it's getting from the American military, because photos posted to a Chinese defense website appear to show the first stages of construction for a new super carrier.

Weapons and military expert David Axe says China's old carrier is no good to counter modern naval capabilities.

What’s most compelling is the divot in the deck, identified by the red square on the photo above. That’s apparently a trench for a steam-powered airplane catapult.

That’s a big deal because like Russia’s sole carrier, Liaoning doesn’t have a catapult, so it can launch only lightly-loaded warplanes. The Russian and Chinese Flanker carrier jets fly from their flattops with minimal fuel and weaponry, putting them at a disadvantage against American and French carrier fighters that are boosted fully loaded by their ships’ catapults.

Lately, just as think tankers and diplomats in Washington tout the military's "Pacific pivot," they also freak out about China's exploding defense spending.

(Though, notably, China has it's own internal problems in the military, and they spend just about as much on domestic police as they do national defense.)

Though China has been in the espionage business lately, and they do seem to have a lot of cash lying around. Certainly they'll continue growing their military.

Axe doesn't seem particularly worried, though, concluding, "If China aims to challenge the U.S. Navy at sea, a big fleet of carriers is a good start — although submarines would be a cheaper and more dangerous option. For now, America has a huge aviation advantage, with 10 carriers in service, powerful air wings and 100 years of flattop experience."

I don't think that JN is fighting for DL for the aircraft carrier bidding, they both have their own plan and both will participate it.

DL is more conservative, they wanna make the improved 001A.

While JN + HDZH are more radical and ambitious, they wanna skip the Type 002 and directly start the Type 003.

It is up to the big bosses of CPC to decide everything, but JN + HDZH and the PLAN are persuading them to start the 100,000 tons CVN with EMALS immediately.

The real segment should be around 75 meters in width, while the widest part of this carrier will be close to 80 meters.

It is a monster without any doubt, since this is JN style, they are always more radical than others.

Just look at the evolution from the Type 052B to the Type 052C, they directly skipped the 4 x PESA radars and chose the 4 x AESA radars for the first generation Chinese Aegis.
