no not yet , had it been england on the lossing side they would have been out but NZ still has a chance as the first game they lost was in super over so no damage done to their net run rate , NZ still has a chance if sri lanka beats WI today and then sri lanka beats england and new zealand beats WI then new zealand will sneak through to semi finals
