Oh come on,it's Stefan,not Steven and if you look at his biography he was much more of a badass than Vlad.Ruling a small country like Moldova for 47 years altough being constantly invaded by all the surrounding super powers of the time and having to fight them (Ottoman Empire,Tatars,Polish,Hungarian Kingdom) is an impressive achievement (altough in his later years he paid tribute to the Ottomans to be left alone).

I didnt claim that Vlad was Turk. But Basarab's ethnicity is most probably Cuman.

Being Turkic doesnt mean that they are Ottoman (Cumans and Kyptchaks are perfect examples)
Also you forgot how the Ottoman Empire had full scale wars against other Turkic states/empires
