There was no we or you. Pakistan and India are new countries. We are not Mughals, and you are not Maratha or whatever.

So you can't say you ruled us or we ruled you. It's absurd. There were a dozen or more kingdoms with different cultures, with Mughals being the largest. Then the British came and the rest is history.

Pakistan is the country of 200 million people with lot of demand and resources. If Pakistan joins BRICS it will add value to brics and if india stopped it from doing so than nothing will stop Pakistan from prospering on its own as we in right direction

For all practical purposes BRICS is dead. You ask how?

South Africa was never really a heavy weight economically.. more of an South-South cooperation tool.
Now even this little economy is in doldrums.

India is not South-South cooperation vehicle...as it never was to start with... it has squarely joined the Western camp led by US.

Brazil is economically taken a nose dive and will take decades to recover. Further, after the civilian coup against the Brazilian president the oligarchs are 100% in the US camp. So the South-South Multipolar dream of Lula is dead for Brazil. It is out.

What is really left... is what was the core to begin with...is R & C. Russia and China.

The grouping of BRICS will keep coming together for the countries will need appearance of progress. Photo ops. However, on the ground the strategic heft will be on R&C.

Expect to see a new grouping to emerge...more on OBOR-EEU framework.

Also, expect to see Pak-Turk taking more structured approach in the coming years..where ME&Iran also be integerated in different formats.

So all in all, there is no loss for Pak. If anyone is acting unconstructively it is indians.

Your diplomacy must focus on G20 and formation of new frameworks along with China, Russia and other African countries...such as Nigeria.

Creativity and foresight..is the need of the hour. Indians coming out of the closet and openly threatening and blocking your development can and must be turned into opportunity.

Wisdom requires Virtue.
