If India is soo poor and helpless .. why doesn't pak use it's brain power(thorugh which it ruled the subcontinent for 1000yrs allegedly ) and China use it's economic might to grab their respective claimed territories?

Brics is China. This below is Brics. The C is bigger then BRIS put together.

BRICS doesn't have the policy of 'large GDP = more say'.

It works on "one country one vote".

Which means South Africa has as much say as we or China or Russia or Brazil have.

The grouping is about EQUAL SAYING in economic sphere.

If this also talks about GDP size, then what's the use of creating another WTO type of organisation?

Equality and rationality is the theme of BRICS.

There is nothing they can contribute to world economy... I can't remember one USP of pak economy... not a single one... wait they did make bladders for FIFA footballs i guess. Why should they be invited to an economic grouping?

If not for numbers, they have proven the political brains to rule the subcontinent for 1000yrs as claimed by them(you).
Why not use that brain and cleverness?

The 2010 IMF reforms called for an increase in China’s voting share from 3.8 percent to 6 percent, while the US would see its share shaved from 16.7 percent to 16.5 percent and preserve its veto.

The reforms were part of President Obama's effort to keep China happy and within the Bretton Woods system, but stalled in Congress over Republican concerns.

The US is the biggest member of the IMF and is the only one to have a veto, as 15 percent is a blocking share.

Despite the increased quotas, BRICS countries will still only have a 14.7 percent voting share, not enough for a veto.

According to Russia's Deputy Finance Minister and BRICS Bank Russia director Sergey Storchak, Moscow will work to get the veto right for the five major emerging economies.

I know some of these "Japs" from Nepal are also on rent to UK but get paid Sterling Pound.
