A judiciary that can oust a sitting PM, and has the support of the opposition, is quite powerful.Judiciary powerful? The judiciary that is unable to enforce its writ and cannot do anything to flagrant contempt of court in public? You gotta be kiddin' me!
While it is true that it has trouble enforcing certain orders, a lot of the time, it comes down to bureaucratic nonsense, that hinders them.
