This issue will remain their ..because its very hard to run two parallel govt...But we have bigger issue. Nawaz came in power his ultimate goal was to rule forever, control all institutions from judiciary to police to win the next election. They never leave space for another govt. Then military intervene to create space for others political parties...this is the point where confrontation starts. Nawaz try to turn himself from rat to monster, but he was not made up of real politician material and left country twice. Plus, win Punjab means ruling the whole country. Pakistan need proper seats distribution in national assembly and senate. Or Punjab need to cut into 3 provinces.... otherwise ....
