I know only a few Turkish citizens in real life. They do not hate China nor particularly fond of Uighur minority Chinese citizens. But I do not know enough Turks to form a conclusion. Probably Turkey population opinion is deeply divided.

The United States is conferring with Turkey after Ankara said a Russian jet had violated its airspace, United States Defense Secretary Ash Carter said on Monday (October 5).

Ashton Carter, US Defence Secretary: "By taking military action in Syria against moderate group targets, Russia has escalated the civil war, putting further at risk the very political resolution and preservation of Syria's structural future governance it says it wants.
