I dont know its been crazy all week...I was thinking I used up all my hours but then my recieve rate is a 100 plus but my transport rate is fluctuating between 11 to 25....All values are in KBps....

have you used all your data? which internet are you using? Some provider reduce the speed when you use up all the data...

you can use your mobile internet allowance though... if you have..

If your on firefox, turn of the "load images" setting. Should increase the speed a bit.
