50-60 phir b sahi hai! I am experiencing 11-25 with occasional 36 Kbps! Pakistan ki peechay wali gali mein bhi issay ziada speed hoti hai!

At night my download speed goes to 600 Kbps

Nope I am using a USB modem....for 15 euro I get 100 hrs a month! I know pathetic deal but believe me that is the best without contract...I cant sign a contract as I might nt be here for that long....my PhD requires me to move a bit...
