Nakhoda Ragam Class Corvettes for the Pakistan Navy - A Proposition

The Jalalat class looks tiny compared the ones being sold ... 25% of the ones on sale big difference

The ones being sold are almost like a frigate , just missing the helicopter landing areas could be useful

but buying buying buying is not the permanent solution dear AP . so many countries are making there own goodies and we just made small tankers and boats? after 50 years of shipyard we are no where . pt this damn money in pakistan and lets have start from missile boat to light frigates and then heavy frigates made in pakistan .

.
Since these boats are basically british, they may be sanction prone
What ships aren't, these days?

Still open??
I think hyperstar would be better.. they carry everything from corvettes to aircraft carriers. ;)

Face it folks.. Pakistan does not have CASH to pay its sailors.. let alone buy them new toys.

You dont buy things specially arms based on their availibility or price. I guess you won't buy a pair of shoes one size smaller or larger just because it is available for sale at a low price.

Arms and millitary equipment especially related to Naval force is a heavy investment and is done to fullfill specific roles according to your needs, strategy and doctrine.
