Well we are original from Goa , go there at least twice a year. you should also try the Squid reshardo fry

In Goa we called them jumping chicken , get them in a couple of places there , my favorite restaurant is Opapagaio in Siolim .
Though you got to be a local to find the place
You get everything there , rabbit , frogs porcupine, turtles, even venison.
