Mysterious banners urging COAS to take over put up across country

Meanwhile, when asked whether the inscription on the banners amounted to sedition, a Peshawar police official said in a lighter vein that the message on the banners was vague and the organiser of the party might be asking the army chief to come to Peshawar.

Damn I was expecting a full blown revolution/coup starting :(

"Mysterious" like:

Correct. But this looks like a massive concerted effort to defame COAS after he has already clarified that he si neither seeking extension nor interested in taking over. Anyway its upto gentlemen whether they want to take any action or not.

As I said earlier, there is no point in responding to such propaganda. November is the month when the COAS will retire and go home.

True. I've noticed with Islamic countries, the people seem to do better when ruled by dictators, military or royal families. Democracy, elected representatives etc is not their cup of tea.
where was your democracy when your govts bombed iraq and libya?? destroyed whole countries and then shamelessly said on TV " sorry our intelligence was wrong" . fuc*ing hypocrites.

.
With lack of rule of law for all irrespective of who they are comes a lack of trust in the system. To save democracy requires honest resolution of outstanding issues which is a catch 22

Notice the right corner. It must say army printing press..lol

Overnight so many banners in all over the country ? And ISPR is silent ? Amazing.

Its Army (Pakistan's most powerful institute) not Modi led tola who start responding everyone...

I think the constitution of Pakistan has to be changed to a Military ruled than a partially elected ruler.
It is best for them and the world.

as if any of this is a secret or surprise. The Pak military has learnt from its own past experiences that it is easier to loot Pakistan by being the power behind the face rather than the face.

If military rule is so good for Pakistan it would still have one, but they tend to overstay their welcome and eventually get thrown out. Look what happened to Musharraf: thrown out by a bunch of lawyers.
