My Trip to Northern Pakistan ( 2019 )

I went to Northern Parts of Pakistan in June this year, and I took some Pictures there .. Unfortunately right before I was about leave one of my Wide Angle Lens dropped and broken, and I was left with only Prime lens ( Nikor 50mm ) Here are some of the Shots I've taken , They are not all As i am slowly editing them and Posting it here .

I also have a Request to PDF members here, I am trying to Run a Page of Facebook as well, For which i need y'all support , Please Visit it , Like it and share it with your families and friends, its just about Photography and nothing more

How about sharing your itinerary, I have drooled all over the keyboard thanks to your pics.

Seems like you had a great time, did you do trekking and mountain climbing and how cold did it get at night?

Well I think I did in some other thread but sure ..
So I took Dewoo Sleeper bus from Karachi - Lahore
Than I took another bus from Lahore to Isb
I stayed 2 days in Isb , I should have stayed 1 day but that was mistake on my part, extra day costed me around 5000 which i regret it .
after that I hire a GLI car, which costed around 35,000 for 6 days .
From Isb to Balakot
From Balakot to Shogran
From Shogran to Naran
Naran to Babu Sir Pass
Babu Sir Pass to Kiwai/Kaghan
Kaghan to Isb
Isb to Karachi via Daewoo ( I highly recommend not to take this bus KHI-ISB its only 1 per day and its worse )

I was with my wife so I couldn't go much on trekking or hiking , I was honestly a bit nervous because we usually become center of attention where ever we go ( cause of my Wife ) people use to think she is my friend and some Youtube Vlogger but when i used to tell them that we are married, and she is now a Muslim people become excited and than long talking sessions .
But Inshallah next year we are again planning another trip , but this time we will try taking the Flight and skip all the places we already see ..

Places i have in mind are Gilgit , Hunza , Astore , PAK-China Border , Chitral , Fairy meadows , Nanga Parbat base camp . Next time we are planning to do some trekking + Hiking as well , I just need one reliable and trust worthy driver .

I myself love camping with a camp fire and prefer this to hotels any day. Was it cloudy or could you the stars at night?

You are getting me so excited I am getting the urge to travel to northern Pakistan.

Camping in North Pakistan has been on my list for time now. Due to work commitments, and lack of family over there, it seems I will have to wait longer before finally get to do it. All my relatives are based abroad, and unless you have someone there to drive you around, its not easy to go about.

we went there in end of June, So it was rainy mostly .. when we get to Islamabad, next morning we went to zoo ( my wife loves animals ) it started raining and within 20 mins its sunny again .. than when we reached Muree we saw clouds/Fog descending and sooner after it started raining heavy . Than we saw some rain when we were heading from Naran to Babu Sir Pass, than also got some rain upon returning . weather was good, high chances of rain and landslide but i love rain so people have different opinions over it .

Inshallah next year we are planning to go on hiking and trekking, I will look for some groups who can take us, going alone would not be a good idea . I will cover Deosai National park , Fairy maedows , Nanga Parbat , Naltar Valley , Hunza , Gilgit , Skardu .. any any trails we can follow , we are planning a month long trip this time, it will be good if we find a good set of people with us .

I can understand this, I have the same problem but only that I live in Karachi and have no relatives in Punjab or KPK .
