I think East Punjabi Muslims were a good 40%. I saw the stats posted here on a thread. West Punjabi Hindus and Sikhs were probably 20%. Both Punjabis though. The religious minorities got cleansed which is a crime against humanity. Not a great feat and achievement.

You can still find Sikh in Pakistani Punjab to this day when the same is not true for Punjabi Muslims in Indian Punjab.

At the very least Indian Muslims need to emulate African Americans whose proportion of US population is similar to that of theirs in India.

Despite overwhelming odds stacked up against them, with an active slave patrol (read Police) systematic racism with the judiciary and legal system being the most egregious, they've stood up and pushed back, They know the police will shoot first and ask questions later, but they still resist. They've been able to extract concessions as well from affirmative action in their favor to effective usage of race card...

No political party no matter how right wing or racist cannot antagonize Blacks in America...

That's because if any white tries it out on a black american, the white will probably be beaten into a coma if he/she is lucky. Black americans have a raging hatred towards whites.
