My priorities:-

Economic progress of India
Infrastructure development of the country
Improved HDI of people of India

that more than anything else, resulting especially diversion of money from armaments buying to rebuilding india into a socialist state from the money saved... the last itself will remove india from the opponent list of china and pakistan ( though place india into the enemy list of nato, which will be a honor really ).

think of this - basic necessities will be free and other things will be subsidized... combined with social changes, india will be a happy land, without oppressions, with suicides, without "honor killings", without people becoming wage-slaves, without any misery.

Same argument that I debunked already. Cows are sacred for Hindus. Don't slaughter on Hindu's holy land. Cow has nothing to do with religious duty of Islam. Cow has different taste and so has snake and pork. Your point? If anyone in India slaughters cow knowing that it hurts Hindus, he should be jailed. you are free to do whatever you want in India as long as you are not offending anyone/hurting anyone. If you do offend or hurt, you'll face consequences.

The RSS is nothing. There are other fringe groups who crave for attention. For now there is discipline and the lathi of the RSS. But RSS is being challenged in some corners. And not to forget the Buddhists who did not take the assault on the Bodhi tree lightly. There are countless other examples. That wont find mention in the papers.

You should try and put yourself in others place to have better understanding. Koran is holy to you but not to Hindus, same way cow is holy to Hindus but not to you.

You may not agree and you may think it is ridiculous, however, you cannot as a Muslim decide what should be or should not be holy to Hindus. It is up to them to decide for themselves....and it is up to yuu to give what they consider holy the same respect as you wish to receive for that which you consider holy.

Secondly, supposedly he slaughtered a cow, even then killing is not justified. He should be punished according to law.

You are comparing individual food choices with intentionally hurting the religious sentiment with burning religious scriptures or mocking prophet? People eating beef is not mocking Hindu religion just like people drinking wine or eating pork dont mean they are insulting Islam or Muslims.
