I agree, many backward practices need to be given up, but, as a Hindu and as a human, I cannot tolerate Cow being slaughtered. You can insult hinduism, I won't mind, but Cow slaughtering, I will not tolerate.

North east has full liberty to kill cow and buffalo and consume beef but Muslims are not allowed..
