Not sure dear, the footage i have seen shows pilot / cadet in clean configuration. ??

Might be, In either case.. the Mushak was deemed ill suited for the FAC role before it was even inducted.. but it was still bought for some commission reasons. the replacement for the L-19 grasshopper in the FAC role was better served by another STOL aircraft.
