I seriously want to see Dalits equal to all other people. When the chief of Dalit Voice was here in Pakistan sometimes back few months back, i talked to him and it was sooo painful what Indian Government had done to him just because he was raising voice for cause and rights of Dalits

Above issues are different though because the Dalits are not following a different sect of Hinduism. Dalits are treated this way because majority Hindus in India think that Dalits are 'untouchable' from the time of their birth and for the rest of their lives.

It seems you are not willing to see the ground reality. It is not made up Pakistanis but your own cast-based system led to ban on entry of your own Dalit Hindus at the hands of your own high cast Hindus.

Do you know that the passport of editor of Dalit voice was confiscated so that he could not visit other countries for highlighting the plight of Low cast hindus.

He was put behind bars for over a decade.


Now coming towards Cast system well it has become a social problem but only because your religion protects the cast system rather its religion based division.

So it would be better if Secular India constitutionaly announce Casts division on the basis of religion as illegal and null and void.

There should be strict punishment for discrimination against the low cast Hindus.

untouchability is more or less dead in the indian society... hardly experienced in urban indian cities and towns. Yes,in the poverty striken rural areas it has some prevelance,but such areas also are backward in every other social parameters... and even also these areas are seeing a big drop in such practices over the years.

On the other hand, Dalits are empowered now like never before in indian history...till recently dalit leader like Mayawati was the front runner for the post of indian PM before last indian general elactions.

Mayawatis biggest supports are the dalit voter and thats how see own the majority in UP assembly.

And dont tell "she would hardly speak against the attrocities against the Dalits " in front of her .If she had her way she would put u in a jail in pakistan...and may even get more vengeful...most indian members would vouch for me here.

For your information it did not appear in Pakistani media but its what He told in face to face with us during his visit.

Being Honest,I condemn such acts of not letting one worship his/her own god and not letting them enter a temple.

But on the contrary one has rights only if the so called house of GOD is owned by a particular group.And no one can oppose their sentiments.

The same lower caste and upper caste lead to the provision of reservation in Indian Constitution.

Gandhi on the other hand being a non-violence freedom fighter encouraged the suppression of dalits.And people are tasting the fruits of that now.People call themself Gandhians to obey only few guidelines ,i.e supressing the lower castes,protesting against all silly-bully causes to ruin the economy and democratic structure.
These days people are changing the whole meaning of true democracy.They are making it look like a mere psuedo-democracy.

the acts of religious suppression,based on creed,race,sex,....needs to be eradicated.

There should be true democracy which should let people enjoy the benefits in a right full manner but not in so called ugly and unrealistic and unethical mode.

Politicians play thier wild cards only for vote banks.Mayawathi is no exception.Even few of the so called freedom fighters were involved in the un-ethical behaviour while few nationalists point out ,they get the slap of the same.
