The IAF did not really factor in dispersal because unlike Pakistan they have the vastness of eastern India to run to in case they find their front line airfields untenable.

Well unlike your country, India is a country where the civilian government has a say on the national policies. Whatever IAF does ...it does with the orders from the MoD. Yes farmers commit suicide in India...as most parts of India depends on the monsoon...untimely rains or drought takes the toll. And that is precisely why satellites are needed. It has helped save lives of thousands during the last cyclones...and give it a few years...the suicides will also come down as the work is in progress.

Coming to farmer suicides...at least the poor farmers are killing themselves....and not going to the nearest market and blowing themselves up yelling the name of the almighty.
