. . . .
What is he going to do in Turkey?

Promote Bilateral relations and Defence Cooperation, Of course.

This is great news that Turkey is finally getting close to its Muslim Neighbours.

I guess Erdogan decided to stop playing second fiddle to Europe and the West and realigned Turkey's Foreign Policy towards the Islamic World. We Pakistanis support Erdogan's Pivot towards its Muslim Neighbours wholeheartedly.

Welcome Turkey. Ahlan wa Sahlan wa Merhaba.....:D

Discussing Syria for sure will be at the top of their agenda. Also, the SNG is now a ministry which means they will have to enlarge thier military and maybe SNGM will cooperate with Turkey.

everything will be clear within 2 month , many things are happening these days .

The collabration level is just became dazzling between Turkey and KSA.

-Last month Erdogan met with Prince Salman Bin Abdülaziz Al Suud (defence minister).

-An joint air exercise was hold in KSA last month.

And now Saudi Arabian National Guard Mut'ib Minister Prince Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah is coming. Our relations are booming with Saudi brothers. :yahoo:

It is a message, they are showing their relationship to others.
We all knew ties between the two countries is allmost excellent, with all the cooperations going on.
So many visits by so many high ranking officials shows that theres something going to happen.
In my opinion, they are showing who is going to decide the roadmap for Syria after the war.

I'm not worried about Syria much these days tbqh, however, what troubles me the most is that the Assad's regime might consider a political suicide and unleash the Chemos on Jordan and Turkey. I know some people may find Assad's option to be crazy, but with someone like him we should expect anything. At any rate, an attack on Turkey or Jordan will become an official declaration of war.

KSA must show solidarity with Turkey as the latter had been suffering from Assad's terrorist activities, as well as to send a clear message that Turkey's internal affairs are being dealt with positively.

Post Assad's Syria mustn't fall at the hand of terrorists, and a stable Syria means a lot to Turkey and KSA.

The future of the ME will be decided in Syria.
If Assad is gone, the future will be bright.
If he stays,who knows.

I doubt that Iran or Russia would be interested to confront NATO, and the Muslim world at the same time. Assad's regime is slowly but surly will collpase. Suffice to say that he asked for help from Shia militias.

Yeah. To be honest, I doubt russia+Iran are strong enough to take on even just the Arab League + Turkey. Not that they couldn't win a military match-up, but it wouldn't be worth it at that point. I wouldn't say a Saudi in a Eurofighter is as scary as a German in one, but it's still a Eurofighter Typhoon they'd have to shoot out of the air nonetheless

He already used more than half of his ballistic missiles on his own people according to Mossad reports and the other thing most of his missiles are in-accurate and with patriot missiles around they would easily take out any missile if he dares to fire into jordan or turkey .

What is most important now is working on containing the so called " Jubhet al nusra " and other alqauda related groups in a post Assad era .

Alqauda is the main threat to Saudi Arabia stability after the mulla regime of iran , I am convinced that both are allied under the table.

We all want to see a stable syria that will abandon rogue behaviour and be friendly towards its neighbours , that would be better for Syrians , Turks and the whole region.

His fall is a given and out of question but what worries me is Syrian land integrity, I'm afraid he could establish an Alawite state on as much land as he can get. This will not happen if FSA stay united and go after his terrorists everywhere in Syria till they are finished, but if they become territorial and just keen to save their own areas, Syria will be partitioned.
