But you are too biased in your review of the situation.

First thing that India would do is the naval blockade.

Second comes the AF.

Both AF and Navy will hardly face any resistance.

Third comes SFs being airdropped.

Fourth the Armour(T-90) at a time where there is no rain like in December.

Fifth comes Attack helicopters(Apache) to assist the Armour and the Infantry soldiers whom even Hitler feared like Gurkhas.

Pakistan or Bangladesh cannot last much if India initiates a war..non nuclear ie.

The talk of my soldier is a hulk and yours is no one doesn't float my boat.I hardly get impressed by such bullshit.

And Indian and Pakistani soldiers are more experienced in the current situation than anyone in South Asia.

Taj Hotel incident their govt. took three (count 'em three) days to mobilize special forces after the terrorists breached their 'leak-proof border' in fishing boats and landed at the gate of India, I rest my case.

Let them talk their big game, we shall see how effective their super duper weapons are when push comes to shove. OK enough, promised myself I wasn't going to troll with these guys - fine.........numbers wise they may have their edge, but that is never the decision factor in a lot of the conflicts...........tactics and strategy both play a much bigger part.

When you are prepared for any eventuality/scenario, even the strongest of your enemies will hesitate launching any foolish endeavors/misadventures. That's the point - preventing misadventures by demonstrating the possible negative outcome. No one is inviting aggression but - you cannot be a doormat that invites everyone to walk all over itself.........

And like you said - political dogma/extremism can change relatively fast, much faster than military strategy to accommodate them.

Superiority in numbers and in training..Your soldiers are not as tactically and skill wise evolved as lets say Indian or Pakistanis due to constantly being involved in wars and counter terrorism.British era is gone and the soldiers are in grave of that era.Tactic has evolved.

Moreover,i dont rate your SF too highly.

Talking of patrol boats in 1971..this is what we destroyed and yeah mukhti bahinis cant claim to be part of this..

India would not attack Bangladesh not because you are viking of the sunderbans but because we never militarily assaulted any country without any talks like China or Russia or America.

We Indians have no interest in Bangladesh at all!!!

If you believe in the success of Indian blockade of our ports, then do it before it is already 2021. By that time, BN will be inducting another five submarines. That makes a fleet of seven submarines. Even today, it is no more possible for the IN to block our ports after we have procured even only two submarines. IN should have done it before the Hague Tribunal awarded a 17,000 km2 of the contested sea area to BD.

You have lost the momentum. BD is no more worried about a blockade and India will have to pay a good price when BD has only two submarines. The threat perception from our side has been greatly reduced with the purchases.

We dont want to attack because we are really not interested in your country.

And we have many weapons to take out those 7 subs even after 2021 if we want.

But we don't want to.
