Dude, your army GHQ was itself taken over by terrorists, and SSG had to launch a raid into their own headquarters. Your biggest naval air station was infiltrated, and prized aircrafts obtained on dole were baked. Your airbase was infiltrated and the most expensive flying thing in pak was fried. No matter where the terrorists come from - afgh or Chechnya or Uzbekistan or Arabia, after getting their "higher education" in Pakistan, they will mostly die at the border. Only one or two will manage to sneak through, like today's fellows. So numbers or country of origin is irrelevant. Notwithstanding one or two such attacks a year, Indian Kashmir will be more peaceful than any place in Pakistan.

And Pakistan itself will descend further into chaos, due to its reliance on these dubious "strategic assets" to do fighting for them. They used to funnel afghan warlords into Kashmir in the 90s, after the Soviet war was over. Look what came of it. Indian Kashmir is still India's while Taliban and its offshoots have taken root in Pakistani society, and national leaders are requesting them to open offices. The more murderers they try to channel into India, the more their country will burn.
