We already retired MiG-21s ten years back. And besides, Fulcrums would become 'old' by 2020.

They'll never join or fleet Unless the Americans assure us that we'd get a fair deal regarding AMRAAMs.

Mig-29 is a maintenance nightmare , these words came out direct from a malaysian official whose airforce is also using it

Why Bangladesh with such low budget and limited numbers needs to buy a maintenance nightmare , with your requirement, budget and limitation bangladesh will be better off with some single engine maintenance friendly fighter although BAF is already using some mig-29s

Low maintenance single engine fighter will not only save the cost and headache but also give BAF with the advantage of more sorties rate under a given circumstances which otherwise could be headache with the limited numbers BAF possess
