Stop making up your BS and learn to read carefully. Alcohol does indeed lower the inhibition threshold, but it does not suddenly produce a desire to put things into your daughters vagina. Such sick intentions were already in this person.

Actually it is urban India where women are considered "lesser" children. Women and Men ratio in India has been bad only in "modern" India. Well alcohol does lower ones inhibitions. If someone is a pervert, he gets emboldened to carry out on his ideas under the influence, something may be he would not have done when not intoxicated.
