The UAE is buying 4 Gowind corvettes..2 to be built in France and 2 in the UAE..
KSA is buying 5 of the same ships 4 to be made in France and 1 in KSA..
(on top of the Spanish corvette with 60% TOT)

So now we have Egypt, the UAE and KSA with the know-how to build stealth corvettes..5 to 6 years from now it will be Frigates with some ToT already coming with the US MMSC tailor made for KSA, as well as TOT from German, Italian and French Frigates coming to the Middle East..
