The Honourable Supreme Court of India, in its ruling on 14th January, 2015, has granted three months extension to the Italian marine, Massimiliano Latorre, for his stay in Italy on health grounds and the other marine, Salvatore Girone is living in the Italian Embassy in New Delhi. Under these circumstances, the European Parliament would have been well advised not to adopt the Resolution."

In some EU countries even cases are not registered when its about ordinary innocent Indian immigrants who are still waiting for the justice to be done.

Respect Indian Supreme Court and solve the issue. Even Judiciary system of some EU countries are not up to merit that they wont even register any case and there are violations of International laws of Vienna convention, Hague Convention, Geneva Convention and even privacy laws are being overlooked against thier own constitutions.

But by going thru our conviction rate, they would be let-off after 20 years..
