If your country is so strong unlike BD, why do not you take over the Red Fort in Delhi? We always believed and conceptualized a Bengali Muslim state. Bangladesh is essentially a home for the Bengali Muslim ethnic group.

Pakistan Parliament was supposed to be convened in Dhaka on 25 March, 1971. The rebel Yahya Khan came on 15th under the disguise of negotiating with Mujib. He continued talks for many days, and during this period brought in west Pakistani troops in the east, and sent away the Bangali troops to the west. The rebel troops suddenly attacked Dhaka Police HQ in the early morning hours of 26 March and the police who fought with 303 rifles against the machine guns of PA troops. More than 600 police were killed there.

Hundred of similar things happened in the days that followed. History will always say the barbarities of the rebel Yahya Khan's troops will supersede those of Chengiz Khan. Our people will never forget nor forgive west Pakistan for unleashing such a barbarity with modern weapons on the civilian population. This caused our people to take shelter in the neighboring country, and take training to fight against the oppressors. The result was the creation of Bangladesh. The villains to break Pakistan were certainly Yahya Khan and Bhutto.

Most of the Mukti Bahini were Muslim, in fact in some formations they were entirely Muslim. Let us debunk that myth that for you. My dad was at the tender age of 16 at the time. My Mother was born in in the midst of 71 and soon after left for the UK like other Bangladladeshis who came as refugees.

The Bengali Muslim state that I talk about is the pre-existing empires that were run by its own people. I don't understand how I was twisting history? Bengalis saw the creation of Pakistan as a chance and rooted for it.

Its true HUGE number of Bangladeshis are anti-Indians (60% atleast) but anti-Pakistan is almost 90%.

Among anti-Indians 20% hate is because of BSF killing Bangladeshis at border. Rest 40% hate is because India is Hindu country where Bangladeshis feel Muslims are persecuted. Bangladesh would have easily became a state called 'East Bengal' of Republic of India in 1971 but Bangladesh was created on Bengali 'Muslim' nationalism in disguise of Bengali nationalism. If India was Muslim why would have there be a piece of land unnaturally taken out from India from a corner in order to form a separate country called Bangladesh?

Pakistan although was also taken out from India but at least the map looks natural, not seem like it is a pie of a cake but in case of Bangladesh it is.

Bangladesh is trying to emerge as a strong economically stable developed country. On this journey Bangladesh absolutely can't exist without India because God has made these two countries conjoined twins. Even surgical separation will never be successful but there will be a scar (border line) between India and Bangladesh because of history and religious tension.
