#MarasiMedia undermines DGISPR: A Threat to Pak State

. .
Yes yes
Its the civil government who owns it and implementing it :partay:
Don't care, as long as the civvies say they own it and are implementing it.

The real question is why the civvies, PPP, PMLN and PTI aren't the ones that pushed these policies through? Why does the DG ISPR have to announce it (though it should be mentioned that the PTI also mentioned these reforms a few months ago)?

.
No one here is ready to face reality as to who is leading this program
:D

As I said, it will be interesting to see how such a program of "mainstreaming" will be actually implemented, and by whom, and just how the success thereof will be judged.

If you'd actually bother to read the comments instead of rushing into knee jerk Pakistan bashing and attacking the poster you'd see that I said no such thing:

" Yes, people were also likely picked up by LEA's & military/intel agencies because of intelligence obtained on their activities"

Then say so instead of being disrespectful with sarcastic asides.

Right, if they were picked up, it must be because they were guilty of anti-State activities. I presume that the agencies have the requisite legal backing to carry out such actions provable before the Supreme Court.

Suspected of anti-State activities would be more appropriate, and did the Supreme Court have jurisdiction over FATA prior to the merger?

So how do such suspicions and interrogations comply with provisions of the laws applicable to the citizenry?

Khutbahs to be strictly scripted, that's coming too.

'No Hate Speech' is going to be applied in mosques as well.

.
A lot of numbers were presented to the Supreme Court as part of the Missing Persons Case.
a lot of statements are presented in supreme court as well. I am saying Do u have access to such stats ? Th reason why i am asking you is because, as you are well aware of desi culture. It will be very hard to get figures in a country where everything is sensationalism secondly, even if we have that data the veracity of such number will not be genuine since we lack credbility and international norms

Does USA adhere to any laws when it comes to dealing with terrorists?

Perhaps you should question your own government instead of barking on matters that are not related to your country.

.
Yes, that is true, and is also why the DG-ISPR announced the "mainstreaming" of madrassas for the civilians to carry out as directed. That will surely be extremely effective.
As long as that serves the interest country in long run why not, after all military is just an extended arm of state that is being governed by the elected govt

Calm down and don't be such a drama queen.

Bilawal Bhutto is a politician and he can say whatever he wants.

Same way, Imran Khan publicly admitted Pakistan involved in terrorist activities in Iran.

Same way, Nawaz Sharif openly supported Indias stance on Mumbai attacks and caused degradation of our FATF rating.

Personally, i think Nawaz's actions were the worst but establishment didn't even blink an eye.NNawaz Sharif should've been tried under treason in military courts.

So there's nothing wrong and state narrative isn't being weakened or there's any threat to security.

I agree with some bits of Bilawal statement. Army should stick to national security and refrain from politics. It's the job of Imran Khan the sitting Prime Minister to represent state and give statements like these.

If DG ISPR makes this a banana republic then people will treat it like this. Either admit establishment is running the show or let the politicians do their job.

Pakistan isn't a fascist country remember. What you want is a totalitarian form of government where free speech is silenced.

Same way, Imran Khan publicly admitted Pakistan involved in terrorist activities in Iran.

I think you are misquoting Imran Khan. IK said Pakistan land was used not Pakistan as a state was involved.

I don't think that happens in any country....suspected of anti state activities is also a label used to pick up anyone in America. ..do they need court approvals in America?
