Malik Riaz raises questions on transparency of the suo moto*case

Those of you who were in any confusion whether Zardari / Gillani (axis of evil) is behind this Malik-Gate or not should be clear now after the actions of Attorney General (AG) in supreme court today.

AG made vulgar remarks and gestures against the judges and asked CJ to step aside. CJ (as ususal) remained cool and simply said that Mr AG does not enjoy the authority to advise so (....cool, isn't he).

May ALLAH bless our CJ. he is taking all this upon himself only for this country and the people.

I sometime wonder what would have happened to this country if the current COAS and this CJ were not around in the last 4 years.

CJ is a humman , & is head of institution , institutions are to be defended, not their heads?
As Cj has lost , his morale authority over his own institution , its better for him to resign, & pass the thorne to someone , who is more responsible.
COAS got his command, from a person , who allways shoughted, PAKISTAN FriSt, let's see can any of our civillians as a head of very important institution can do that?

ISLAMABAD: A two member bench of the Supreme Court comprising of Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif have concluded hearing of the Arsalan Iftikhar suo moto case and issued its short order.

In the short order the Supreme Court directed Attorney General Ifran Qadir to take strict action against Malik Raiz, Salman Ahmed (Riaz’s son-in-law) and Arsalan Iftikhar according to the law. The court said that the three had the right to a transparent trial.

The court ruled that Malik Riaz tried to buy justice, adding those giving bribes and those taking it were both sinners.

The two member bench also rejected the plea of Malik Riaz’s counsel Zahid Bukhari to form a commission or send the case to an investigation agency.

The short order was written on the basis of statements recorded by parties in the case along with those of Hamid Mir, Kamran Khan and Shaheen Sehbai.

Shaheen Sehbai admitted that the son of the CJ was targeted to hatch a conspiracy against the judiciary.

The order further said that Malik Riaz had accepted that despite spending more than Rs340 million he could not get relief. However the documents submitted by Riaz only provided details of Arsalan’s visits and not of monetary transfers.

The media should not be used by such persons who do not respect the law and constitution, the order said.

Meher bokhari has made it clear, all the alleged allegations in the video clips, from the yesterdays crossfire episode with MALIK RIAZ, that yesterdays interview wasn't was planted!
Its astonishing twist , media is divided, & the institution is shattered.
But CJ & his blackmailing son have slept, satisfactionry sleep, after 8 tiering days, I feel mukkmukaa in all, this affair?
INSAAF mafia, win or not? Yet to be seen!

Please understand the case is against Arslan not against CJ or the Supreme Court.

It is a cynical that Malik Riaz gave money to Arsalan to do something illegal and now he is mad that promises were not kept. (Is there no honour among thieves?) This keeps CJ in the clear. Only question to ask is was CJ aware of the sudden rise in wealth of his son? If he was, why did it so long for him to take Suo Moto action.

IMHO this is something blown out of all proportions by the media. Some journalists who were obviously in Malik Riaz's pocket gave it too much TV time. Others who are hero worshipping CJ, screamed ‘How dare you’.

Are we saying that it is against the law to accuse son of the CJ or any Justice for that matter? Are Justices of the Supreme Court above the law? Any man on the street can point a finger at anyone and accuse him of whatever crime. However one is innocent until proven guilty.

Best way is to have a thorough investigation and get to know the truth. In case Malik Riaz is lying he should be punished. But to assume that only Malik Riaz is at fault and all of it is total fabrication is an example of extreme naivety. CJ is not a Prophet that he can do no wrong.

First of all CJ has gained more moral authority by bringing his son in front of court and also building don't make institutions its people who make it and CJ has made institutions but corrupt touts of Musharraf and PPP are the only one who are against him because he has exposed their corruption and brutality
