Major arms haul in Kashmir's Kupwara district: Army

Srinagar: A huge quantity of arms and ammunition, including 20 AK-47 rifles and 20 pistols, were recovered by the Army near the Line of Control (LoC) in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir today.

The recoveries were made during a search operation in Farkian Gali area in frontier district of Kupwara, a defence spokesman said.

The arms and ammunition were found hidden a kilometer inside the LoC, he said.

The Army launched the search operation following intelligence inputs suggesting possibility of infiltration bids or pushing of arms into Kashmir from across the border, the spokesman said.

Twenty AK-47 assault rifles and an equal number of pistols besides a huge quantity of ammunition were recovered during the operation, he said.

And there you have summarized pakistan's state support to terrorists/militants/mujahideens/lashkars/whatever.

Sure, keep sending more of your young men to certain death. Meanwhile Kashmir remains India. It's not like bearded riflemen can win an inch of territory from us. Meanwhile, the cursed fire of terrorist ideology nurtured by pakistan as state policy consumes the state from within.

Not even the pak army with all its might can ever take Indian kashmir from India. So illiterate jihadis with kalashnikovs and indoctrination and nothing else can do very little either, except occasionally beheading a soldier or two, or throwing grenades into railway stations. That too, once in a decade or so. But take Kashmir? HA, HA, HA.

We can keep up this game of blood as long as you can find brainwashed young men to send to die for a non existent cause. Send your worst. India only keeps getting stroger and more unassailable by the day. Militarily, economicaly, socially, politically. And pakistan...
