BEIJING, March 17 (Xinhua) -- Yang Yi, spokesman with the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, told a press conference Wednesday that the mainland agreed to discuss the issue of military security and mutual trust across the Taiwan Strait at an appropriate time.
