Most of those involved in these attacks are from Universities dude. The Army has collected data of the people they have fought in TTP for past decade and sorry but Madrassas guys are very less and majority are from your schools and also even from Universities. From from IBA and Karachi University even LEJ founding leadership like Akram Lahori was Univeristy student not Madrassah student. And I can tell about thousands of those who launched attacks and were not from Madrassas but from Universities.

No they don't I have many close relatives in senior posts in Army and they laugh when people think the issue is Madrassas not get reformed. They seriously laugh a lot.

People who either aren't gifted with the smarts to learn all you say is needed to rule themselves according to Islam yet still want to rule their own lives, rather than submit their everyday choices to the will of other men, even if they are gifted "religious scholars".

I've come across many such people actually. And my take on them: they need to eat their false pride and submit to the guidance of those who know better. There simply isn't any other recourse to their predicament. Here is a truly eye opening take on this situation. Let's say a person commits sins in this world, and goes to Hell. Well, OK. He committed all those crimes, in many cases he wrongfully benefited from things he wasn't entitled to, and he pays for his sins. It is highly regrettable he did such things and deserved such a fate. I term this a failure.

Now consider a person who goes to Hell not because he is prone to committing sins, but because he refuses to listen to somebody. On the other hand, the person whom he wants to ignore actually goes to Heaven. I call this a fail fail. To be put into Hell just because of one's low opinion of somebody, or just because of a refusal to listen to somebody, there is no words that can describe such stupidity. The fact of the matter is, that Allah the Almighty expects us to seek knowledge from religious scholars if we ourselves don't have it. Not seeking guidance and committing sins is inexcusable. And that is why it is essential to keep praying that May Allah the Almighty Guide us steadfastly towards the Right Path. Aaameen.
