"Made in China" vs "Make in India": a Glimpse from Their Auto Industries

Yep...and you are nothing but a 50rupee RSS drone.

6 or six, what's the difference my dear supa powan? I think you should check the world rankings for Universities, the only difference we conduct education in our own language, unlike your universities

It's about whimsical mind. You can not maintain consistency in a single sentence.

So far as education is concerned , your so called top universities shall never be able to match our education . That is why we are top bosses of multinational corporations and you serve there as cook.

Chinese don't need to leave their homeland to be a slave to a western company. They stay and work for their domestic companies or create their own startups to develop talent and further boost the economy. Chinese companies today compete globally at the top level.

Indian slaves working for western companies while Chinese work for their domestic companies. That's why India is going downhill with massive brain drain.

Dey, this is a forum for people who type fast and furious, you mean you cannot tell the difference between six and 6? I thought you guys are intelligent?

You seem to be forgetting the top ranking universities are in East Asia including China. Your top universities do not produce research talent nor do real research work. Their research infrastructure and funding are also pathetic, this is a sign of a dysfunctional country. Their only purpose is for filtering, filtering out the best 1% of the Indian population who speaks English and export them. While the rest of India are hungry, dirty and ignorant. THIS IS INDIA.

In China, the system filters out the same way but most are not English speaking and those who do speak good English are also exported, on top of that, they train more talents into producing quality research. You can compare the research and technology output from China compared to India. Lastly, it's a more inclusive development, they make sure most of the population are well fed and given basic education.

Do you see a lot of Japanese or Korean or Taiwanese CEO or German or French in US? No right? It's a language problem, they develop their countries, instead of serving Western Corporations. Remember most of those Indian CEOs you see now migrated in the 80s, China only opened up in the 80s. It was easier for an Indian speaking English to climb up the ladder. Even with this lingual handicap, you will find alot of ethnic Chinese tech workers and researchers in US. Yup, these cooks export billions of port machinery, electrical machinery and trains to your country. We use sweet and sour sauce to do it right?

That's the reason you won't find a ALIBABA, TENCENT, BAIDU in India, but you will find millions of tech coolies answering phone calls for US customers.

Funny Indians so proud some of their own is caretaker for major multinational corporations.
Let them create corporations of global significance of their own like Huawei, DJI, Norinco, Avic, Alibaba, Wechat, etc, instead of slaving for others.

Anyway these so called top bosses continued their education in the US

Nadella subsequently traveled to the U.S. to study for a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee,[17][18] receiving his degree in 1990.[19] Later he received his MBA degree from the University of Chicago .

Pichai earned his degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in Metallurgical Engineering. He is currently a distinguished alumnus. [15] He holds an M.S. from Stanford University in Material Sciences and Engineering, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania,[16] where he was named a Siebel Scholar[17][18] and a Palmer Scholar, respectively.

Compare that to Jack Ma of Alibaba and Frank Wang Tao of DJI(drones).

Jack Ma is at number 14 of world riches billionaires with $47.5 billion.
Ma attended Hangzhou Teacher's Institute[20] (currently known as Hangzhou Normal University) and graduated in 1988 with a B.A. in English. While at school, Ma was head of the student council.[21][21] After graduation, he became a lecturer of English and International Trade at Hangzhou Dianzi University. He later enrolled at Beijing-based Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) and graduated in 2006.

Wang, whose wealth is estimated at US$3.2 billion, is ranked 76 on the list. A graduate of the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, Wang founded his drone company DJI in Shenzhen in 2006, building it into a business with an estimated 70 per cent share of the world’s market for recreational drones.

Good work Nadella, keep on slaving in your caretaker job at Microsoft to make owner Bill Gates top billionaire of the world. When Jack Ma is tired and old, he may consider getting a cheap cheap US educated Indian to look after his biz while he go traveling and doing philanthropy with his billions.
A very good laugh. :dance3::dance3::dance3:

BAIC to export cars from Mexico to US, Canada in 2018
Xinhua, November 26, 2017

Chinese car-maker BAIC, which assembles cars in the Mexican state of Veracruz, said on Friday that it plans to export cars from Mexico to the United States and Canada starting in 2018.

Yang Nanhua, director general of BAIC in Mexico, said the plan would go into action "unless something drastic happens with the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)."

The landmark free trade agreement between Mexico, Canada and the United States is currently undergoing a tough re-negotiation process, at the behest of U.S. President Donald Trump.

"We are very confident that Mexico is a market with not only a great sales potential, but also a strategic (hub)," said Yang during a press conference for the 2017 MAPFRE Carshow in Mexico City.

Yang also said that BAIC would bring four new models into Mexico in 2018, including an electric vehicle with a range of up to 200 km. He added that the company is looking to enter the Mexican aeronautical industry.

Tian Jinghai, assistant to the director general of BAIC International Development, told Xinhua that the company intends to offer its products to the Mexican market and to satisfy a broader demand.

"We intend to offer the best products and services to Mexican consumers, as well as provide a better image of Chinese brands in Mexico," said Tian.

Tian also noted that "the Mexican market is a priority," and BAIC also wants to expand its market to the rest of Latin America and North America.

"The U.S. market is very mature and full of competition, as it is the second-largest (automotive) market. For any Chinese automotive company, this represents a great challenge, as well as opportunities, to enter this market. BAIC is no exception," said Tian.

"We are improving our product development and technological offering to meet American rules and laws," Tian added.

BAIC sells its products in countries such as Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Peru and Venezuela. Its production in Mexico is also expected to serve these markets.

Nadella and Pichai are in the US not because they won’t have any opportunity in India. Even if Jack Ma is an Indian, he wouldn’t have created their version of Alibaba. The problem is not the people, but the difference in Chinese environment vs Indian environment. China is more capitalist than India, which is a castocracy.

Why these BYD buses become so ugly?? Non-AC, with these bars mounted on the side of the windows... Indian taste of beauty really ruined this product..
The original design looks millions better: http://goldstoneebus.com/k7/

The red one is cheaply made indian brand.
BYD never sells non-A/C bus.
What kind of bus does not have A/C?

Hope this BYD-Goldstone joint venture does not lower BYD’s standards just to cater for a cheap market and people with extremely low purchasing power.

2013年8月5日,比亚迪表示已经同美国加利福尼亚州长滩运输公司签订了协议,2014年6月向后者交付10辆K9巴士,总价值为1400万美元,约合人民币8700万元

10 k9 bus to USA, 14 million US dollars in total (including auxiliary facilities and maintenance)

Why you are so proud of oversea Indians serve Western Interests? The reason is because you were their slaves for more than 200 years, speak their language and server the master very well....

The price itself is not cheap, they removed the A/C just to lower the fare, because their people can not afford to ride an A/C bus, just like they converted their only few A/C buses to non-A/C ones in the past... Except in the very northern part of the country, here in China, even in the countryside, trains and buses are all equipped with A/C. It will be like in the hell to ride a non-A/C bus in a tropical region like India..

India's weather is unbearable......
Humid and hot, how can they survive without A/C?
Swim in the river with bod*es?

Really can't understand why India is so poor. Comparing the buses, taxis, and buildings, Shanghai 15~20 years ago will definitely beat today's Mumbai. And at that time, China's economy has not taken off yet. Shanghai in the late 90s already has substantial number of AC buses running. Taxis are all standard VWs, not like the Indian midget ones, have no space for luggage.. India lag behind China by at least 20 years, if not more..

Shanghai 2000
Shanghai 2002
And now let's get back to the future:
Mumbai 2017
Well, this is not exactly the future...

It is more like:
