How would you like the police to treat him? He is an officer in the Army and should know better. Stop was due to the fact that he had no license plate and later was found that he had a homemade cardboard license plate in the rear window (which was heavily tinted black). When police went to stop him, the guy drove another mile . I believe he wanted to get rich by lawsuit. He could have stopped and complied to lawful orders and nothing would have happened. He would have been fined and that would have been all.

Black Americans are very racist and they can not be criticized due to the absurd political correctness. Anyone who never lived in USA long enough, will never know the true nature of the black Americans.
Why is it about what i like? Does it matter what i like? It is about how American cops can learn a thing or two from other countries how to behave. The young white cop said he understands why the Lt. wanted to find some place to stop where there is enough light. Nothing like the BS of getting rich through lawsuit theory. The Lt is obvious black skinned and if he had stopped immediately in a dark area who knows what might have happened. The Latino racist could have used the excuse of he thought the suspect was drawing a weapon so he had no choice but pull the trigger.
Problem is in America it is very easy to get millions by a simple lawsuit. This guy saw the chance of his life time. The cops gave him multiple orders which he refused to follow leading to him being pepper sprayed.
He just wanted attention and a lawsuit,

Yes that is true, but especially with black people. Many businesses keep camera and eyes on black people due to such sense less lawsuites. Every business franchise in america is also required to have lawsuit insurance because of this- insurance to specifically cover any lawsuites which may occur.
I do not believe every people can become millionaire through lawsuits. All the poor black Americans, latinos or whatever race just lure police display some bit of violence and there is the couple of millions in your bank account, there would be no poor people in America.

Who tf are you to know what most black people are like. Do you live here, have you went to school here, grow up here, spent time with many different people.
