The AN/APG-83 radar system of F-16 Block 70/72 can produce a fire solution for up to 20 targets in one go. In comparison, the KLJ-7A radar system expected to be installed in the upcoming JF-17 Thunder Block III can produce a fire solution for up to 4 targets in one go.
F-16 Block 70/72 is a major leap from earlier blocks in capabilities - a new bird beneath F-16 type airframe.
Rightfully claimed to be unparalleled in its class:

The term 'forcing' is a bit much. F-16 Block 70/72 does not have much competition in its class.

To give you an idea, Slovakia was really interested in the new Saab Gripen-E (very good jet in its class) but F-16 Block 70/72 convinced it otherwise during the course of evaluation.
Now orders from different corners are emerging.
