There is no definitive detailed information as the paint/ coating is classified.

Information over at F16.net suggests they are different versions of RAM, HAVE GLASS I - V, applied on different part of the airframe to reduce rcs like there is a version for the canopy.

Different versions probably due to temprature/ thickness/ weight/ application and maintenance cost considerations.

HAVE GLASS - V Gives the aircraft the same finish as that of F22.
