The following things come to mind,

1- Giving relief to PLMN so that they can stop barking all the time and give the government some respite to focus on the already fragile economy. The concept here is IK can possibly pull off a miracle before the next general by stabalizing the economy and controlling the price inflation. Moreover, the electoral reforms including EV machines and right of vote to oversees Pakistanis will go as per plan. All the parties can fight it out in the general election of 23' but meanwhile there will calm and IK will be allowed to complete the tenure.

2- This is all part of a scheme to make the judiciary and other arms of the state look vile in general public's eye and thus setting a premable for a change of the entire system. Not sure how this will materialize. A referendum may be!?

3- The establishment has finally decided to get rid of IK. But the risk here is IK on roads is more dangerous than IK in PM office.

The Court/Judiciary system of Pakistan has collapsed and is non-existent. Corruption is endemic and deep seated. Historically corruption was primarily in lower rungs of the system. Now there is no guarantee and it straddles the top bounds of the circuit as well.
The legal profession (Lawyer bodies) are up to their eye-balls with members who are borderline criminals. Some are bonafide criminals, who are in line to become judges. If we dont solve these issues in the legal and bureaucratic system we will die with a thousand, slow cuts.

Isnt he the same judge who presided over the model town judicial commission and survived a bomb blast ? If his previous record is kosher then what warrants his hanging by the neck for allowing a SUSPECT not a convict , which has been detained since how many months?, fly outisde the country for a specific period of time on bail ?
