No room for open gays and lesbians in any Arab and Muslim country. But this is just ridiculous. How will they "detect" that? Let people do what they want in their own beds/private life's but there should by no means be open propaganda of this or any gay/lesbian places. Harsh punishments as those in place should be kept for this.

Want to live as a an open gay/lesbian and promote this lifestyle then go live in a country where people have accepted this as part of their "culture". Same with adoption, bars and other nonsense.

The best thing they can do is simply make sure that no one is allowed to promote gay/lesbian rights in Kuwait instead of such testings!

I was startled when I read this, it is so stupid and idiotic. How can I scan someone who's history is unknown to the authority of a country the individual happens not to be a citizen of. Another important factor is what you suggested that there is no scientific proof to confirm such thing whatsoever, unless the Kuwaitis managed to get their hands on the magic stick or else

But maybe RT is lying all the way down to make news, who knows?

Only scientific way is put a naked lady infront of the guy and check whether there is any movement in his pants.. If there is a movement then he is passed, otherwise deport him
