Khiljis are Pashtuns

In Northern India, the Mughals are genuine. They include families as Chughtai, Qazalbash, Ghori etc. in UP, and they are descended from hindu mothers, who converted to Islam, and Mughal soldiers of Turkic descent

I am from UP and you are delusional.

Chughtai, Qazalbash, Ghori

are you suggesting what I think you are suggesting here?

But those mughals are not "lohars" , mistri or tarkhan kammis, the mughals in pothohar and hazara regions have proper tribal names and are historically dominant people in their regions unlike the fake mughals of central punjab who are kammis of lohar, mistri tarkhan origin without any tribal identity.

you cannot call everyone fake. And in UP too for the weaving community. In Kashmir, the Mughals are tribal, but all they do is the job of carpet weaving, which the holy grail jatts will consider menial.

That does not make them non-Mughal.

Even the genuine article in Pakistan Punjab, very few compared to how many claim. Are not actually decendent of any ruling mughal family, but those who were in army as jaggu said in previous pages.

Its not about jobs you see, its about false claims. Jat also worked in field, which is menial work. But owning fertile land was more precious then doing other work in those times

In Central Punjab, many Mughal families adopted the Lohaar profession. It is a fact. That does not mean they are fakers.

If other groups, who practice Lohaar profession are claiming to be Mughal, then they have faked their identity for social ascension.

Don't you dare speak against your mughal overlords :P .

But jatts are considered one of the warrior races in India unlike many other . Those who work on land fight to defend it :) .

Substantiate your claim scientifically and everyone on this thread will agree including me :) .

I am pretty sure he meant decendents of Mughal army brought from central asia and not actual mughal ruling family. Right @Shameer Kashmir?

We are talking here ONLY about punjabi "mughal" (lohars) as their traditional role in punjabi village society. Forget about other societies of kashmir, UP or whatever area. Just expain how mughal emperors turned into kammis of punjabi society serving local land owning families
