Well, still you prefer to stay in Denmark right? the reason is that the facilities you get are great as a result of this taxation. If people of Pakistan also get the same system, they will happily pay the taxes.

Denanding high taxes is only possible in a country where people tangibly see the benefits of their tax paying. Pakistan has been messed up for so long it will take at least a decade or two before real changes can be seen. Better Khan takes it slow I say.

That's why I suggested that we should let Imran Khan govern for 20 years if we really want to see the fruits. As Malaysia did with Mahathir (for 25 yrs continuous) and S/pore did Lee Kwan ... because continuations of the policies is very important since we are in the developmental stage...once the system becomes consolidated and starts to work, then we can have different rulers every 4-5 years. I'm not suggesting that we don't have elections for next 20 years but rather we should elect Imran Khan for at least 4 consecutive terms to see the whole system change and start operating at its maximum. And 20 years is nothing in the statecraft as developing a new A/C takes longer time so changing a system for 210 million is even a bigger task. Turkish people have elected Erdogan based on his performance so he can consolidate the change similarly Russians are sticking with Putin.

There are several unique things.
One of the is ”offentlighetsprincipen”, the principle of openness.
All communication with the government (local and central) should be registered,
and available to all citizens.

Another is banning ”ministerstyre” = ”rule by ministers”. Ministers of the government are allowed to establish policy, but they are not allowed to intervene in a specific case.
Bookkeeping. You charge the government for expenses, without a receipt, you are a goner.
A minister bought a Toblerone with the credit card issued by the government. She had to resign.

Laws can only be introduced after a positive vote in the parlament. The government has no right to create laws, directives, presidental orders or whatever.

No laws are introduced without a public enquiry. The public enquiry is fed to relevant parts of the society for comments, and with too much negative feedback, they are withdrawn.
Introducing new laws takes a lot of time.

This is a developing story hope he does take the collectors out of the district level administration. Moreover the ministerial progress shall be monitored by multiple task forces. If someone fails to achieve the set targets other mp's would take his/her place after every 3 months.

IK need not to waste time and resources in defining the SoP details.
He should simply pick the local bodies ordinance of 2002, and start building from their on.
What i would like to see further is that all union councils are being run like business units, responsible for their own earnings and spending. This will trigger healthy competition among the union councils and Districts for attracting residents and more residents translates to more income.
If such is implemented there's no need for bureaucracy, parliament and provincial govt. Obviously, position of PM will be useless and this will be true democracy.
Just for the sake of having head of state a retired army general can be appointed as President for the period of 3 years and than next.
We will save resources, time, end corruption and real democracy will be established.
In Pakistan, Malik Riaz has understood the formula which i stated and is attracting residents, simply because he's leading the competition, DHA is competition. Both are earning billions and profiting as well. While profit is not the prime objective but when waste is controlled the capital will be surplus, than union councils can start other business like banks, schools, universities, hospitals or even industry.
Just give autonomy to the union councils and privatize police, best and most qualified people would be hired like foot ball players.
