There is no dichotomy in being an Islamic state and a welfare state, call it secular, progressive, moderate, modern, anything.

Given that Islam is a progressive way of life, the last of the monotheistic religions, based of the holy books, just as Judaism and Christianity...and then Islam. All Abrahimic religions, Christianity, Judaism is revered in Islam as well. So no conflicts here...

This is another thing that Zionist has a dubious perception of Islam...nothing doing with Judaism, Jews being the major followers.

You know that is a great idea. Volvo is owned by Chinese company Geely. One of the problems with the Pakistan auto sector is lack of economies of scale. In rest of the world one plant will manufacture more vehicles then entire Pakistani market. There is dozens of dozens manufactuers or so called manufacturers who are all just assembling kits and have have sales volumes that are lower then bespoke manufactuers like Farrari or Lamborghini. This is pathetic. The inefficency and the costs of thismoney printing monopoly is borne by the consumer.

It would be far better to have one Volvo plant churning out trucks/buses/coaches for the entire Pakistan market as a monopoly for say decade. If the performance and consumer confidence is there then extend that licence for another 5 years. There should also be requirement for certain % of local supplier parts.

Swedish are secular govt.

Swedish system is just a realisation of the Madina state model developed in the time of Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) and reached its zenith in the time of the second Caliph Umar (May Allah be pleased with him). So it is not new and still it is not 100 implemented. IF 100% of the Madina-State model is implemented, Pakistan will progress within 5-7 years into a wealthy nation.
