Kashmiri Pandits already leavev their trust about muslims in Kashmir.They dont trust their Kashmiri Muslims not anymore.It was the Kashmiri Muslims duty to protect their brothers from enemies.But instead of that they attacked them along with enemies.Full fledged trust is a close chapter.

Thousands of islamic preachers go though india every year for the sole purpose of spreading islam to hindu's and strengthening muslim communities

I like the fact that you are very unaware of what happens in South Asia.
There are many thousands of Hindu preachers who go to Muslim and Christian communities and people each year to revert them to Hinduism. They have muscle support as well of the many Hindu organizations like VHP and RSS.

Heck, they even cause riots so that Muslims are displaced and become easier to convert once they are out of their local mullah's influence.

The results are very satisfactory.

The political parties are just putting on a show,, no one welcome the pandits back, they are the same people who ran the pandits out in the first place.

Exactly, and that is what makes this so much sweeter. They did it back then because GoI was incapable of action. Today, GoI is very capable of action and they have to welcome the Hindus and Sikhs back, even if with farcial smile.

GoI needs no permission from state govt once they agree to bringing back Hindus. They have already done it. the 'how' whether or not have Hindu/Sikh cities/townships is a decision for GoI to take, no state govt can intervene after that.

While addressing the gathering, Geelani further said: "the immediate need of this time is to strengthen the freedom movement of Kashmir so that we can freely work for the implementation of Islamic system of justice".

The point is not about supremacy of Indian parliament. UN observers are still there in J&K.

Foreign government and UN observers were here in India during the general elections. Since the Parliament of India has asserted it's opinion, views of no other institution in the universe have any relevance.

You keep saying that, but on the ground there are lakhs of Hindus in Kashmir in the form of security forces who keep shooting those sunnis who oppose India like flies.
Again, your rant has no bearing on what happens. You said the state will oppose separate townships, I have already clarified that state can not do that, its GoI who manages this.

You should relax. Couple of decades, by the time you have kids, you will see a non Muslim majority Kashmir.
