Until you change the constitution of India, you are simply being delusional
I really wonder where do you manage to get your facts from. Must be some secret underground archives which no one else in the world has access of till now.Pakistan is never hostile to finding a solution to Kashmir issue but India seem to place all stumbling stocks to peace . India with the 2nd largest pop should take the initiative first to hold a UN plebiscite and the rest will fall in place
Don't bother thanking me , I am just doing my duty
We don't have to change anything. We just have to persuade people to respect the Two Nation Theory like Bodos did to the settlers in Assam. That is all.
Now will we please get back on topic? With a little assistance from the central government we will soon bring the lost glory back to the Kashmir valley. We will soon see a valley buzzing with Kashmiri Pundits, ex-servicemen and people from different states of India.
Its good to see the future Indian plans for Kashmir. Let us also see how these plans will pan out.
I support return of Pandits to Kashmir. Them being forced out was wrong. It should not have happened.
If Kashmiris see Indians changing demography of the state, they will certainly make problems. The separatism is a genuine Kashmiri affair now. Pakistan does not have much to do with it. LOC is quite a strong barrier. The emotional appeals and pleas from Kashmir will be hard to resist for Pakistan where Kashmir cause is an emotional issue. There are great many ethnic Kashmiris living in Pakistan too.
The best course of action for India might be to improve relations with Pakistan, and for borders to go soft, and have tourism etc.. We need not fight among ourselves. This way there would be no need for a demographic change in Kashmir. Peace is the best solution, not war. But hurt egos see war as a way to redress past (perceived) wrongs.
As long as Kashmir is considered disputed it will concern us,
Clusters will increase security but leave long term distrust amongst communities.

Well, calling something a dispute is a double edged sword. What if tomorrow I start claiming that I want to marry your wife and that she is in dispute? Why, because I say so and also that you had taken this "dispute" to a court. To which you say "yes I did but I am now withdrawing so just bug-off." And I will, because I am reasonable.
But Pakistan is not. They have been brainwashed into believing - sorry deluded - that they are the best thing that happened to the world since sliced bread and the whole world has a responsibility to take care of them. Otherwise? (nukes ........) "we will destroy ourselves and others." The only country in the world that threatens all by pointing the gun to itself!

If your meaning of dignity is that you want Kashmir, then forget it. Never will it happen. And strangely enough it works. It is hard to overlook Pakistan's relevance in three important regions of the world: Central Asia, Middle East, and of course South Asia. That is why what we have to say gets heard and noted.
India can try as hard as it can, but it can not break us. We are perhaps the most resilient people in the world. The best way forward is having genuine peace. If Pakistanis stop worrying about survival, there would be no need for cultivating certain types of people that irk you. There would be no need for Fenced up borders.
The key to all that is with India. We just want to have peace with dignity and honor. Kashmir can solve itself.
Yes Pakistan's claim to fame is that it is a nuisance for the world. Nothing positive about it. Like a child screaming for attention and respect. It gets the former but not the latter. And strangely enough it works. It is hard to overlook Pakistan's relevance in three important regions of the world: Central Asia, Middle East, and of course South Asia. That is why what we have to say gets heard and noted.

The best way forward is suspended animation. The best way forward is having genuine peace
We will cross that bridge when we come to it.Anyway back to topic if Indians think non Muslim Kashmiris will be happy with Indians flooding Kashmir with non Kashmiris they are mistaken even the dogras support the article in question. As for return of the pandits every group is Ok with that but other outsiders will be opposed.
